      • What payment methods do you accept?


        • We accept Pay Pal and card payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is due at the time of purchase, otherwise we will re-list it.

        • Any personal information given to splitpeavintage.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. splitpeavintage.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

      • What sales tax do you charge?


        • All tax is included in the item cost. For international orders, Split Pea Vintage cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.

      • How do you handle customs?


        • Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Split Pea Vintage cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

          If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Split Pea Vintage at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

      All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to Split Pea Vintage. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

      All of the content you see and hear on the Split Pea Vintage.com web site, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses.

      The content of the Split Pea Vintage.com web site, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site.   • Shipping Info


    • We ship via Canada Post within 2 business days of your purchase (usually Mon, Wed and Fri). International buyers please be patient as we ship Canada Post First Class International, the most economical method available. If you want to receive your item quicker we can also ship Priority Mail International, which provides tracking information. This usually adds $10-15 to the shipping cost, but contact us for an exact quote.

      Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.
